Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal information that Superior Car Care received through Facebook, Instagram, our website, or a service enquiry.

How to request deletion

  1. Call or text 519-386-7899.
  2. State that you are requesting deletion of your customer or social-media enquiry data.
  3. Include the name and Facebook or Instagram username used to contact us so we can locate the correct record.

What happens next

We will confirm the request, verify that it relates to your information, and delete eligible records from our customer systems. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information when required for legal, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Remove the Meta connection

You can also remove an app connection through your Facebook settings under Business Integrations. Removing the connection stops future access but does not replace a deletion request for information already received by Superior Car Care.
