If you contact us through Facebook or Instagram, Meta may provide information needed to manage the conversation, such as your profile name, account identifier, message content, and attachments.

How we use information

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and provide services, maintain customer and vehicle records, follow up about requested work, request feedback, and improve our service.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell customer information. We share information only when necessary to operate the business, comply with the law, or use service providers such as Meta for Facebook and Instagram messaging and Square for booking and payment services. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Storage and protection

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to customer information. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
